Health data (allergens and diabetes)
Information about allergies, intolerances and diabetes is particularly sensitive. This explains when and with whom it is shared — only with your explicit consent.

1. Which data
In your guest profile you can, if you wish, mark allergens (the 14 allergens under EU rules), diabetes and a short note. None of this is mandatory.
2. Why
So that the staff of the venue where you order take care during preparation: the order gets a red warning bar, and the bar or kitchen must confirm “I have read this” before preparing it. The app also warns you if an item in your basket contains an allergen from your profile.
3. Consent per venue
The first time you order in a venue, we ask you: “Your allergen and diabetes information will be sent to the venue’s staff so they can take care during preparation.” You choose “Share with the venue” or “Don’t share”.
The consent is explicit, separate from the other terms and applies only to that venue. Without consent the data is not sent to anyone.
You can withdraw consent in your profile at any time; from then on the data is no longer sent to that venue. Withdrawal does not affect orders sent earlier.
4. Who sees the data
Only the staff of the venue you consented to, as a snapshot attached to the specific order. The snapshot stays with the order as proof that staff were warned, for as long as the venue keeps orders. The platform administrator does not see this data, except during support approved by the venue.
5. Important
- Always tell the staff verbally about a serious allergy or diabetes.
- ServedSoul is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice.
- There is no guarantee that food and drinks are free of traces of allergens.
- The venue is responsible for the accuracy of the allergen information in the menu.
6. Deletion
You can change or delete your dietary information in your profile at any time. Deleting your profile removes it permanently. For questions write to info@soulgridsolutions.com.
