1. What ServedSoul is

ServedSoul is an ordering tool in the venue. The service is provided by SoulGrid Solutions, Sarajevo (info@soulgridsolutions.com). You conclude the contract for food and drinks with the venue, not with us.

2. Menu, prices and allergens

The menu, prices, descriptions and allergen and dietary information are entered by the venue, and the venue is responsible for them. We do not check them.

If you have a serious allergy, intolerance or diabetes, always tell the staff verbally before ordering — even if you have entered the information in your profile.

ServedSoul is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. We cannot guarantee that food and drinks contain no traces of allergens: kitchens and bars work with many ingredients.

Labels such as “matches your profile” or “contains: milk” are an aid based on the venue’s data, not a guarantee.

3. Ordering

You can only send an order while you are in the venue: your position (GPS) is checked once when sending. Your position is not tracked and not used for anything else.

An order is a request to the venue; it becomes binding once staff accept it. The venue may refuse or change an order (e.g. an item is sold out) and will let you know.

The waiting time shown is an estimate.

4. Alcohol

Alcoholic drinks are only sold to persons over 18. Staff may ask for ID and refuse the order.

5. Payment and receipt

You pay the venue, in the ways the venue offers. The venue issues the fiscal receipt. A printout from ServedSoul carries the note “This is not a fiscal receipt.”

6. Guest profile

A profile is optional. With a profile you have one account for all venues using ServedSoul, an overview of your orders and, if you wish, your dietary information.

Allergen and diabetes information is sent to a venue only if you explicitly allow it for that venue; you can withdraw this at any time (see “Health data”).

In your profile you can download all your data and delete your profile.

7. Rules of conduct

It is not allowed to send fake orders, misuse the waiter call, try to bypass the position check or access other people’s data. In that case the venue and we may disable ordering.

8. Liability

The venue is responsible for food, drinks, service and allergen information. We are responsible for the proper operation of ServedSoul within the limits of the law; we are not liable for damage caused by incorrect venue data or by not telling the staff verbally about an allergy.

These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to injury to life and health, or where the law does not allow them. Your consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Law and changes

The law of Bosnia and Herzegovina applies, together with the mandatory rules of the country where you live. We inform you of material changes in the app. The Bosnian version is binding.
